Where did Star QB Braxton Miller go?
Story of Braxton Miller
Where are they now? Braxton Miller, one of the most Electric Quarterbacks from Ohio State?
Miller played football at Wayne High School in Huber Heights Ohio, as a multi sport athlete. It is no surprise that he was a letterman in basketball and track, where he went to district and regional meet in the 4×100m relay, with a best time of 43.68 seconds. He prioritized football and would commit to Ohio State in 2010, over several other big programs, like Alabama, Florida, Georgia and the list goes on…

He was a backup Quarterback his freshman year in 2011 but won the starting job the next season. Now a sophomore, Miller was already passing for over 2,000 yards with 1,200 rushing yards, marking him as one of the best dual threat quarterbacks that season. This was also the year Urban Meyer became the new head coach for the Buckeyes.

He had won the hearts of the Ohio State fans, but suffered a shoulder injury opening the door for JT Barret and Cardale Jones. This is probably one of the greatest QB battles we have seen in college football. The decision for QB1 was quelled when Miller announced that he would be switching positions.
This resulted in Miller moving to a slot position.

He wasn’t playing much his rookie season, and would unfortunately suffer another shoulder injury midway through his rookie season, and would get waived after the 2018.
After having a stint with the Philadelphia Eagles, Cleveland Browns, and Carolina Panthers he would end his playing career in 2019.
He is now taking on several business ventures to help young athletes make a difference on and off the field. Check out his Instagram to see what he has been up to!
My thoughts
“I remember watching Braxton Miller play at Ohio State growing up! He was electrifying and a truly gifted athlete. I didn’t understand how someone could be good at both running and throwing the football, but Miller was.”
